The house rules of the bay

1. The crew behind the bay

These terms govern your use of turtlesurfbay.com ("Turtle Surf Bay", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of turtlesurfbay.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can use it

Turtle Surf Bay is for users aged 19 or over only. Using it means you confirm you’re 19 or over.

3. Beach coins

• Every game uses virtual coins, supplied for free.
• Coins have no monetary value; they aren’t money, credit or property.
• You can’t purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• There’s no prize of real-world value on offer.
• We can adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling is off the table

Turtle Surf Bay doesn’t offer or promote real-money gambling, and doesn’t link to gambling operators.

5. Your locker (account)

• Lantern Shack and Tidepool Tumble need a free account. It’s one account per person, and it’s not for sharing.
• Don’t share your password. If someone else has used your account, let us know right away.
• You can delete your account whenever you like from the account page. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.
• We can suspend an account that’s being used to disrupt the site, or that we think belongs to someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account, not with you as property, and can be reset.

6. Fair use of the bay

Don’t try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Keeping the lights on, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and can change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and your statutory rights aren’t affected.

8. Which laws apply

Ontario provincial law, along with the Canadian federal laws that apply in Ontario, governs these terms.
